Is Industrial Hemp Legal in All 50 States?

There are 11 legal hemp states in the United States. These states are Alaska, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Illinois, Maine, Michigan, Nevada, Vermont, Washington and Oregon. The Idaho hemp plan will be created in consultation with the governor, the director of the Idaho State Police and the Idaho agricultural industry. The measure requires that the total THC content of the plant, including THC-A, be equal to or less than 0.3%, and hemp transporters must submit to police searches and allow law enforcement officers to “randomly select reasonably sized samples that do not exceed 20 grams for THC compliance testing.” Hemp, Inc.

has opened a multipurpose industrial hemp processing plant in Spring Hope, North Carolina (the largest); an eco-village in Golden Valley, Arizona; a local processing center in Medford, Oregon; and continues to seek new locations for local processing centers across the country. The company's local processing center in Medford is one of the most sophisticated hemp harvesting and post-processing centers in Oregon. Its operations in Arizona consist of a 4,500-acre hemp farming village where they are actively building the first 500 acres for hemp cultivation. Its objective is to boost the economies of these cities by offering affordable hemp processing services, which encourages local producers to add hemp to their crop rotation.

Hemp, Inc. has also signed an agreement with 2 Manifest Studio, LLC, a limited liability company (VED) in Wyoming, to create a documentary and a subsequent documentary series over the course of approximately five years. Under the terms of the agreement, VED will create a feature film, a documentary series and other video materials on the history of hemp, with a strong focus on Hemp, Inc. and other pioneers and leading companies in the modern history of industrial hemp.

The company has also signed a majority ownership agreement with JNV Farms LLC for the hemp cultivation and processing company in Medford, Oregon. As the majority owner of this company which is now fully operational - Local Processing Center - you'll be able to create a portfolio of industrial hemp and hemp products in West Coast states where it's legal. This bicoastal hemp processing center in the United States has many more local hemp processing centers planned for other areas where hemp is grown. So far, Hemp Inc.'s LPC has created about 50 jobs and is also helping to create even more jobs for local farmers.

Daily updates on LPC can be found on Bruce Perlowin's personal Facebook page. It strives to be one of the most transparent companies in the public sector. To comply with this company's transparency policy, CEO Bruce Perlowin publishes 1-minute video updates every day on his personal Facebook page to provide an inside view and behind-the-scenes images of what Hemp Inc. is doing every day.

Executives also continue to seek new locations across the country to open more hemp processing centers in legal markets. According to Perlowin, they expect to have 50 master hemp growers working in their first Veteran Village Kins community in Arizona. To date they have growers from Oregon, Colorado, California, Kentucky, North Carolina, Nevada and Arizona who have expressed interest in creating a joint venture with Hemp Inc. Each of them grows industrial hemp on 5 of Arizona's 300 fenced acres.

Perlowin says he'll call it The Great United American Hemp Grow-Off. Any grower interested in starting a joint venture on 5 of Arizona's 300 fenced acres should contact project manager Dwight Jory or anyone interested in attending the practical construction of hemp houses for 2 to 7 days should also contact Dwight Jory (dates to be determined). One of the most attractive things that hemp offers is fuel. With oil reserves exhausted it would be nice if we could have a fuel source that was reusable and that we could cultivate right here which would make us completely energy independent.

Hemp Inc seeks to create a business base for small American farmers, American veterans and other groups that experience the widening disparity between gradually declining incomes and skyrocketing spending. As a leader in the industrial hemp industry with ownership of the largest commercial multipurpose industrial hemp processing plant in North America Hemp Inc believes that tangible benefits can be achieved by adhering to a corporate social responsibility plan. In states that choose not to design a hemp regulatory program the USDA will create a regulatory program under which hemp growers in those states must apply for licenses and comply with a program administered by the federal government. Veteran Village Kins Community Hemp Inc.'s 500-acre strategic partner in Golden Valley Arizona is also designed to grow hemp and produce CBD products for the benefit of veterans and generate revenue for Hemp Inc.

However the new Farm Bill does not create a completely free system in which people or companies can grow hemp whenever and wherever they want - any cannabis plant containing more than 0.3 percent THC would be considered marijuana or non-hemp marijuana under federal law and would therefore have no legal protection under this new legislation. The cultivation of hemp along with the production of hemp-based products has had a long and tumultuous legal history in the United States but many members of the activist community hope that the hemp policy reforms under the Farm Act will serve as a first step toward broader cannabis reform - nor does it restrict the sale of hemp-derived products provided that such products are produced in accordance with all applicable laws. Hemp Inc presents captures the historic and monumental recreation of the hemp decorticator today as the United States begins to evolve towards a cleaner greener and greener sustainable environment.
